Description
Cocoyam flour (Ede) is a flour that is made from well dried and grounded cocoyam tubers, which is a a starchy root crop that is eaten in most part of Nigeria. It is used as a food thickener in soups such as Oha soup, making fufu/swallow style meals as well as cooking porridges or adding textures to different dishes.
