Description
Blended Ofor (also called ofor powder or ground ofor) is a soup thickener that is processed by grinding dried seeds of ofor seeds into a powder. A small amount can thicken soup quickly and give it a rich consistency and it is used as an alternative for achi or ukpor for oha, bitterleaf and ukazi soup.
